Annemarie did beautiful work for us on Make The Difference — I mean that. She took the time to really understand the stories of our Associates and their work and told them with clarity and humanity. None of it was new to me, but it all felt new reading her words. Annemarie is a communicator who has the ability to bring out and amplify the heart of a story or message. Invested in the work? She was even invested in the Mars Associates she talked to, taking the time to help one of our people with her English, as she mentioned she was trying to improve it as a second language. Annemarie has been a part of our purpose.
